Lotus Workforce Solutions AU was founded with a clear purpose: to give businesses across Sydney and NSW a single, trusted partner for all their staffing needs — whether that's a boilermaker for a blast furnace shutdown or a head chef for a five-star event.

We operate across two distinct streams — Construction & Industrial Labour and Hospitality Staffing — giving our clients the convenience of one relationship and the confidence of a specialist in each field.

Our workers have been deployed on some of NSW's most demanding sites, including Bluescope Steel, Qantas Jet Base, and Manildra Tanks. In hospitality, we supply chefs, waitstaff, baristas, and event crews to venues, caterers, and hotels across the region.
